These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the gstsecure.in website and service operated by The Vintage Artefacts (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
gstsecure.in is a software tool that prepares GSTR-1 return files (in JSON and Excel format) from the marketplace sales and return reports you upload. It is a preparation aid, not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing the output and for filing your return on the official GST portal (gst.gov.in). We are not your tax consultant and do not file returns on your behalf.
You must be 18 or older and a registered business (or its authorised representative) to use the service. You log in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to upload only data that you own or are authorised to process, to use the service only for lawful purposes, and not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or attempt to access other users’ data.
The software, design, brand and content of gstsecure.in are owned by us. You retain full ownership of the business data you upload and the returns generated from it; you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service to you.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work hard to produce accurate output, we do not warrant that it is error-free, and you must verify all figures before filing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any filing errors, tax penalties, interest, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims or losses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
