Refund & Cancellation Policy

gstsecure.in (operated by The Vintage Artefacts) provides a digital service. You buy credits, and one credit lets you generate one GSTR-1 return. This policy explains when refunds apply, how long they take, and what is non-refundable.

1. Refunds you are eligible for

• Payment deducted but no credit added — if money was debited but your account did not receive the credit, you are entitled to a full refund (or, at your choice, the missing credit).
• Duplicate or accidental payment — if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, the extra amount is fully refunded.
• Technical failure on our side — if a verified technical fault prevented the service from being delivered, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement credit.

2. What is non-refundable

• Once a credit has been used to generate and/or download a GSTR-1 return, that service is treated as delivered and is non-refundable.
• Charges are not refundable where the issue is caused by incorrect or incomplete data uploaded by you. (We will gladly help you correct and re-generate the return.)

Unused credits: credits that have not been used can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase.

3. Refund timelines

Once a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method (PhonePe / UPI / bank account) within 5 to 7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation

There is no subscription and no auto-renewal — you are only ever charged when you choose to buy a credit. You can stop using the service at any time, and you may request deletion of your account by emailing us.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at thevintageartefacts@gmail.com with:

• your registered mobile number,
• the transaction ID / UPI reference (UTR),
• the date and amount, and
• a short description of the issue.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve eligible refunds within the timeline above.
