Label cut off or too much invoice showing?

Each page’s label is measured on its own and cut just above the tax invoice, so pages with more product lines keep their SKU. Turn that off only if a file comes out wrong, then set the crop by hand — percentages from the top-left corner, decimals fine.

🔒 The file is processed in memory and sent straight back — nothing is written to disk and nothing is kept. That matters here, because shipping labels carry your customers’ names and addresses.

How it works

Marketplaces hand you one A4 page per order, with the shipping label on top and the tax invoice underneath. A thermal printer wants only the label, at 4×6 inches. Doing that by hand for every order, every day, is the chore this removes.

Upload the file exactly as you downloaded it. Every page is cropped to the label area and scaled to fill the print size you picked, so labels come out edge to edge on the roll with no manual resizing.

Frequently asked questions

How do I crop a Meesho shipping label?

Download the label PDF from your Supplier Panel, upload it above, keep 4×6 selected and press crop. The invoice below each label is cut off automatically.

Is it free?

Yes, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit. Up to 400 labels per file.

Do you store my label files?

No. The PDF is handled in memory and returned to you immediately — it is never written to disk or kept.

What size should I choose?

4×6 inches is the standard thermal roll used by Indian couriers. Pick 3×5 for a smaller roll, or A4 if you print on ordinary paper and cut by hand.

The label is cut wrong. What do I do?

Open “Label cut off or too much invoice showing?” above and change the Bottom %. A larger number keeps more of the page. Layouts differ between sellers and change over time, so a small adjustment is sometimes needed.
